You have to take the axles out, have teh wheel studs pressed out, Then the disks can be removed. (disk is held on behind the axle flange. new disk put on and studs pressed back into place.

thanks nathan, so my biggest problem is getting the studs pressed out or do you just put a wheel nut on and tap with hammer and if so would i be best to use new studs when finished?

Best to get tehm pressed out properly. Some people just flog them out with a hammer and tighten them back in with the wheel nut but it's not real good. Use new studs if the knurling or threads are stuffed. "Nice" products make the studs.
