Guys, How do you get the clutch fan assembly off the water pump shaft on an EB falcon water pump. Tried holding impeller in vice and turning nut behind clutch assembly, but shaft spins inside impeller. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

It's a left hand thread. Are you turning it the right way?

Look behind the fan hub, you'll see a nut. Turn this while holding the shaft.

You can get a specific spanner for this job as there isn't much room to get a regular spanner down behind the fan. It's quite flat steel with a kink in the middle. I'm normally loathe to buy specialised tools but this made the job heaps easier.
