Just wanted to know which chassis and bodies are interchangeable between HQ to HZ Holdens? Cheers

They're all interchangeable, even WB. The only things that stops you doing it easily are:
ADR27A on HX, HZ and early WB (worse in later WB).
One bumper bar bolt on each side if HQ-HZ nose used on WB chassis and vice versa.
Mid HZ onwards rails

the front chassis rails on sedans wagons and satesmans are all interchangeable with each other (WB is slightly shorter at the front i think)
utes and panelvans have the same chassis and is interchangeable with all model utes and vans
