Hi guys.......Only new to this site and i thought i would test the water in regards to a problem i may have (or not) with my Commodore.

The car makes a noise at the front end when just after starting ,once moving off you hear a scrapping sounds coming from the front end... (only ever so slightly)
Now this only happens once after starting and i was informed that it will be the ABS doing a self check..........
Can anyone tell me if its a normal thing or not???????
Thanks Guys and Girls for reading
Rusty

It is definitely normal for this to happen. It is an ABS self test. If it is too loud, then there is a modification that can be carried out at your local Holden Dealership. Under Warranty of course.
