I've almost convinced myself to drop the rails out the HQ, to do a better job of the rust repairs, repaint etc. I've taken the front clip off a few Q's & J's but never the rails. Anyone got any tips or advice to make the job easier? Was thinking of leaving the motor in the rails, then lifting the motor of the rails. Any thoughts?
Thanx Webby

Thanks for the advice. It confirms my own (sometimes ratbag, but not in this case) theories.
