Hi just new to this site wondering if you can help i have a red six sitting in my shed it has hp on side of block and has a 221 crank with a 154a cam and new pistons do you know what this is and what it would be worth thanks Mark.

Its basically as per the quoted post above yours. The block is just a 179 block out of an EH. If you are to rebuild it and the block is already bored out to 3.625" + 0.055" just use all of the insides in a 186 block (with rod clearance reliefs added as re

You dont want to just weld on a Bung and use a Quality aftermarket BOV?
Tho Pricy the better ones will be adjustable.

Hmm, Ok. First a little correction. Wich may get you on your way. The Blow off valves are located inbetween the Compressor wheel and the Intake manifold/s. Not inbetween the throttle bodies/carbs.

The sole purpose of the BOV is to releive the pressure

Hi there yes it is for sale but i dont know what it is worth it is a short block with 221 crank 154a cam i think it is all new internals the pistons are new dont know what brand of parts have been used

Hi there its been a while the block i have has pistons stamped 2262p std you helped me last quote do you know what cubic inchs it would have thanks Mark.Its a 179 hp with a 221 crank with a wade cam 154a for compitition use.
