got a 64 eh special sedan with a worked 186, not sure exaclty wats bin dun to the motor, all i know is its got a mild cam and goes pretty well for a 6 lol. I bought it with a small ten inch thermo fan running at the front o the radiator, it had no mechanical fan running at the time. I bought a universal fitting mechanical fan and put that on aswell, so ive got 2 fans running on the radiator which is almost brand new. New thermostat and radiator hoses, timing seems good but still unsure y it is still reaching boiling point with normal driving around town, runs ok on the highway, sits on bout 190 degrees farenhiet wich is still hot i think. Any ideas for a cheap way out? i priced a 16 inch thermo and switch at ova 250 bucks which i think is rediculous, theres gota be an easier way out.. i hope.

I had a mate years ago replaced everything in the cooling system before he f
