As the Organiser and your friend in hobby motoring I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all entrants, Sponsors and others who braved Melbournes coldest June day in 13 years, and bought along their cars to the Melbourne Museum and Point Cook RAAF Museum over the weekend. The staff at both of these sites could not stop commenting on what a great group we were and welcomed us to return at any time. This is a credit to you all and will be a great benefit to Hobby Motoring in ways you cannot image quite yet. ( more to come ) I hope you all had the up-lifting weekend that I had, and I hope you can all get to the 2006 Nationals in Goodawindi ! ( hopefully they can get the temperature a little higher ). in trying to promote the event in an objective, positive manner I answered your question re. judging and felt there was nothing to be gained from leaving your replies - as they were less than positive... no benefit to the discussion.

The HD HR Nationals are over !
Saturday saw up to 80 vehicles on display at one of Melbourne's most awesome venues.
No rain but it was bl**dy cold ! ( Melbournes coldest day in 19 years or something like that !)
