One of my headlights on my vk is realy dim i was thinking of just changing the bulb but i cant get it out. Ive removed the plastic/rubber thing at the back but seem to get it out. cant see any screws etc holding it in.

I think there is a wire clip in the back of the globe that you remove.

The headlight globe has a wire spring that holds it in.You depress one side of it and undo it like a safety pin.The dim effect may come from a dulled reflector.Sometimes water gets in and tarnishes the chrome plating. Some Taiwanese replacements also had
