Howdy, May have asked this question before - can't remember.... Are all 308 cranks the same? For example will the crank from my Aussie pattern QT 308 go into a turbo pattern block no prob's? What should I pay for a turbo block at 40 thou or under....?

I just got shoty motor at 40thou for $750. Block only should be less - but mine was rebuilt and date coded, so worth it!!! Thanks to Mick from Hunter Valley.

There are 3 different Holden 5 litre cranks:
308 neoprene rear main (roughly HT-HQ). 308 rope rear main (roughly mid HJ-mid VK). 304 rope rear main (mid VK - 2000 VSIII).
They are all interchangeable as long as you have the right crank for the rig |
