Iv got a HG Premier with a cooling problem...It just doesnt like traffic. the first hint of idelling for a long time, the bloody thing just starts to cook. I've been led to believe this is a common problem as the radiator is too small for this engine. Im looking for a replacement radiator, but dont know what to rip one out of. I dont want the conversion to be too dificult. Does any one know what will fit in with minimum fuss? Thanks.

Get the cooling system flushed first.

Is it a standard core or a three core radiator? if its a standard change to the 3 core if its the 3 core a flush like BYRON said would help. maybe change the thermostat to a lower opening temp. means more flow might help
