just measured the rear axle width on this transit, and it is 1500mm or 59inchs, so i am wondering what a wide vehikle axle is like say a fairlane or statesman, is? maybe i can put a normal wider axle in the transit, to get higher ratio diff? any thoughts greatly appreciated. cheers

Check your other post for more about diff swaps, but 1500mm isn't very wide, in fact that's about the same as early (VB to VL) Commodores. Also Fairlanes & Statesmans rear axles are no different to the Falcon or Holden that they're based on. Thi |
