Hey Guys, Ive put a new stereo in the old WB Stato & bugger me if I can get the electric aerial to work.If I connect the blue wire from the stereo and the white & red wire from the aerial to the switch I can get the aerial to go up but not down. If I reverse the white & red wires I can get it to go down but not up.However I wire the switch the aerial won't go up when the radio turns on only manually when I press the switch & then the aerial will go all the way up, how can I preset the height? Any help would be appreciated as I pulling out the little amount of hair I've got. Thanks BMG52001

You need the electric aerial control module to be wired in.
Is it still in the car?
From the sounds of it, you are bypassing the module & going straight to the aerial.
If you do this, you need to put the red wire to constant 12V+, and hook the bl |

I'm not sure in a WB, one of the guys like Byron, Johnperth or Rhys would be better at that.
It is about 2 inches wide, by 2 inches tall, and about an inch thick, with a plug on the bottom. The early ones are a 6 pin plug, the later ones an 8 pin plug |
Cheers,

sorry thanks for the vote of confidence but I have no idea. try an audio fitter they would probably answer a simple question for free. were these auto up anyway? also are you using a 3 way (up-neutral-down) switch?

Hi BMG52001,
Not sure if you've solved this yet or not but I might be able to help if you haven't. The aerial control module on a WB Statesman is mounted up under the dash with a heap of other relays on the passenger side of the steering column. As Mic
