Hi jayHK69.

You need 2 complete front disc brake assemblies, including hubs, rotors, calipers, pads & stub axles along with the vacuum booster, including brackets, vacuum hose & fittings as well as longer brake pipes. You also need the smaller (9/16")
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0

Hi jayHK69.

If you want HQ stud pattern up front, then fit HQ type brakes. It is not easy to change the HK/T/G front hubs to HQ stud pattern.

The rear end is close in width, but you will need to change the mount brackets etc.

As Terry says its heaps easier to fit HQ-WB discs and calipers. Just swap them side to side and use the HG steering arms, and use a HT/HG booster and HQ master cylinder with disc brake HK-HG brake lines.
For the back unless you want a stronger diff just

If you can find an original HK-HG 10 or 12 bolt and not have to pay mega bucks for it use it. Parts are available new from the US (except axles) for the centre whereas HQ-VK 10-bolt stuff is getting harder to get. I'd actually recommend a VN-VS Borg Warne
