Hi folks, I've just finished re-fitting the freshly re-conditioned ram and control valve to my ZD. I just started it and drove it down off the ramps and the steering wheel went nuts! It's turning to hard lock by itself and then when it hits the end of the turn it heads back the other way on its own until it reaches the end of its travel and then heads back the other way and so on. I haven't had a chance to bleed the air out of the system as it was on ramps. Will jacking up the front end and turning it lock to lock to purge the air fix this or this a symptom of something else? I'm starting to wonder if this thing will EVER see the road again!

Hi, I initially set it up the same way as yours with the top hose going to the bottom hole on the ram etc. I spoke to the power steering guys who did the work for me once I had problems and they suggested that I had the hoses back to front. I've now got
