depends on diff ratio. i.e.,, 3.55 ratio means 3.55 turns of flywheel to one turn of rear wheels or 3550 rpm is 1000 turns of rear wheels.

You also need to think about the gears that you are using. If you are driving in 1st gear for example, then you would go 1 / (1st gear ratio x diff ratio)
