hey im wondering can i bore and stroke my 307chev to the same sizes as a 350chev.

and if this is too expensive would it be easier to buy a 350 short motor and bolt my stuff on.

does it all fit ? manifolds , timing gear ?
would the gear drive i have fit a 350 crank ??

any help would be good thanks.

An aussie 307 (ie HK/HT) can normally be bored to 4". This gives you a 327 cube engine. If you use a 350 crank and 350 pistons you get 350 cubes. You could also use a 3.75" stroke crank (basically a 400 crank with mains ground to suit) and suitable piston
