I know the following engine number (186P370382) is for a 186s but can a model (HK-T-G ect) or year be determined from the engine No, as the engine is not with me & I can't check the date codes..

Hi Kevin.

That engine number is not for a 186 S, it is for a standard 186. A true 186 S, actually has a 186S prefix in the HK/T/G series.

That number places it in very late HT production, probably in the last month.

Im chasing some info on my car its a HG GTS monaro if i supply the numbers can you help me out, or know anyone that could.
