Guys, what parts from the HK power steering was made specifically for the Aussie car and how much came from the states ie the power ram looks like a corvette one to me. Any ideas guys? If I can't get an original one with the big bracket the ram works off etc I'm going to have to make a system up that suits....

The only US part would be the ram itself. The drag ling is different between V8 and 6 and the idler arm and bracket are also different.

What about the pump and brackets for the chev Warren?? surely the pump would have been an import as well??

I have a power steering setup that was in the boot of a brougham I bought back in 81 as a roller, the guy had taken the 307 out for a skiboat. I put a 283 in it but never worried about the power steering
would this be original fitting on HT brougham?

All, only the frame mounting components, 6 cylinder pump brackets/braces, steering connecting rod and hoses are local parts. Pumps, control valve assembly and ram were all Saginaw from the U.S.
