Would a 9inch diff fit a HT GTS lowered 2inches with a standard 10 bolt tank? im replacing the current bathurst tank with a standard tank. The bathurst tank was modified to suit the 9inch diff. Has anyone fitted one of these with a standard tank without issue?

Underside of 16 and 25 gallon tanks the same, so if you modified the 25 to fit you will have to modify the 16.

Yes a nine in will fit a stock tank with a lowered car by 2 inches.
10 bolt housing is taller than a 9 inch.
I have had both in my car, 10 bolt hit the floor in front of the tank, hence the factory bump for 10 bolt models.
The nine inch does not
