the yoke cup size is the next one up on the 1 ton. 1.1/8 ? compared to ute / van

Be careful to check that, as the diff may be in a 1 tonner, hpwever it may have come out of a ute / van originally.
the disks will go on., but if your pulling them off a

I thought the one tonner and the vans are all the same, the v8 differential I have is from a HQ panelvan. No problems with the cable, they can be made to suit any application.

HQ-WB ute/van/tonner housings are the same except HZ and WB have the swaybar brackets on them. As Adam says the tonners have the larger yoke, and they also have larger axles. The disc brake setup will bolt on but you need the disc brake axles as well. On

6cyl are banjos 10 spline or 23 spline axles except in WB where they are disguised banjos (small salisbury with 23 spline axles). If its a 10-bolt its a V8 diff except for 1-tonners where they are all 10-bolts. 1-tonner has thicker axles that are machined

What does this 10 bolt mean are there 10 bolts on the housing or internals somewhere.

10-bolts to hold the crownwheel to the hemisphere, but also 10-bolts on the housing rear cover (by co-incidence).
