Hi, has any one put a Trimatic in a hr and do you have to alter the floor in any way? Cheers.

A Tri-Matic is virtually a bolt-in fit to an HD/HR if you use the steering column, crossmember & tailshaft from a Powerglide model. Then use an LC/LJ 6-cyl speedo cable, they have the correct fittings & are longer than an HG cable. The only fiddle is fabr |
