If you are talking standard 120mph speedo they come up on ebay and usually go pretty cheap. There are two brands and they are interchangeable (some early HKs had Flexdrive brand, the rest VDO). The GTS 140mph speedo cluster usually attracts a much higher price. If you live in the Illawarra area there is an instrument repairer at Unanderra, I got him to overhaul my HK gauges and speedo.

Just checking the HK parts catalogue and it looks like the 140mph speedo part of the cluster came as an assembly (ie, the "guts" is part of the speedo assembly) and it has its own part number which covers all engine types in the GTS. So if the speedo head is cactus then youd be looking for another one or a repair.
