Question 1 :can you paint acrylic on the top of 2 pak?If you can how?
question 2 :can you paint 2 pak onto acrylic and how?
The reason Im asking is that I have 4 liters of metallic silver 2 pak and I might spray the inside of the back of my van,but I am worried about chemical (or any)reaction etc....any help,I could just reverse tape the line, but just want to know about it.

You can do both methods, however it is like bogging a panel 1 inch thick. Not the right way, but looks ok. Would you put an inch of bog in a panel?

Jim, my car is acrylic on the panels and 2 pack on the openings. At the junction where they meet, they flare. Use Isolator at the jusction and they dont flare.

A few more questions...NO!..to the 1 inch of bog,...yep I know its toxic but thank you Dave for the warning I might not have known(seriously)!
.Its ONLY going in the back(van area)not going outside at all....What is flare/flaring?.Would running masking tape fix this at the back?.I am only doing the inside of the back the rest is going to be acyrlic.

Well there are a number of answers to the questions at hand. Too many variables are unknown.

Simply, Yes you can use the Metallic silver basecoat in the back of your van, and using all the manufacturers recommended primer and preparation, and reducer, and paint application method, clearcoat and dry times, then it should work well. Then paint the outside of the van in acrylic lacquer using all manufacturers recommended products and it should come up well also. The junction between the two paints should be fine if prepared using the manufacturers recommended procedure. If they do not recommend it, then thumbs up if it works.
