G'day Les,
Im wondering if rare spares have thought about reproducing the automatic console panel for 2 speed powerglide for floor shift models? I seen the wood insert for 2speed but no complete panel?

From what we understand there are two types of console inserts powerglide and trimatic we intend to make both good samples has been the big problem

so??? several months have passed & no progress???

surely auto inserts are worth persuing!!!!!!!!!!! or is it too haard basket material??

80+& of all monaro people are hunting for auto console bits now (although, id always prefer a manual personally!)

Still looking for one of these for my HK haves come across a few HT HG ones but no HK Woodgrains anywhere. Is rares going to make the HK Wood inserts as the last ones i saw from a distributor looked nothing like the ones in my HK GTS at least this way i will have a few more options.

Some time ago there was talk of forum members making these wood grain parts , so we went onto other things and left it to them, I do not believe we will look at these items in the near future.

when are we going to get these auto console inserts? im talking about the one plastic part that goes where the manual one goes? there would be a hell of a lot of people chasing these as most modified/drag racers love the auto.

Not for sometime possibly late next year but no promises , there may not be as many people chasing them as you think
