G'day All,

My HX Tonner has a bad grating sound eminating from the rear end, mainly on take off and especially if taking off while turning to the right. I checked all the shackle bushes and the big U-bolts holding the axle to the springs, and the shock bushes etc and everything seems kosher back there, does anybody have any idea what it might be, it drives me nuts and I've had it up on the ramps, jacks and everything else to try and see whats happening with no luck. Any advice will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Wouldnt it be a case for a standard diff (not LSD) to have the driven load on one bearing at take off ? So yes it could be wheel bearing. Better check it now B4 it decides to go altogether.
