Soooooo, the lovely previous owner decided that cut front springs must be all the rage and keeping it captive must be for *****s!
So my problem is removal of said springs, or more so the removal of the lower wish bone pivot bolt. Is there some kind of nasty trick to this?
The backing nut has come off nice and easy, and the inner bush has slacked off fine, however the pivot bold just wont buge... Rattle gun or large strong arm bar dont seem to be cutting the mustard, would applying heat be of any help?
It looks (and feels) like this has never been off since it left the factory so I'm thinking whoever cut the sprins mush have done so in place (thanks!)
Is there any other way to get around this by removing the bottom arm from the sub frame?
Any help would be rad..
Thanks!
