Thinking about buying some ER70 Dunlop aquajet redwalls from my cousin. They're probably 80% or better so theres plenty of life left in them and they've been well stored.

I realise 40 year old tyres are kind of useless apart from being a 'nice touch' at car shows.

How much do they usually sell for lately?
Are they rarer than rocking horse sh1t?

Thanks

Greetings, The Falcon GT guys would sure like to buy them! Are they the original SP Sport, SP Aquajet, or Dunlop Aquajet type? This is clearly marked on the sidewalls. Check also to see if they are a matching set. If they are in good condition then they are rarer than you know what.

How did you get on with the Aquajets?

I found an original nearly new Aquajet for my landau coupe today ....very happy to say the least

Will only use it for shows (on the spare)

Just need to clean the rust off it

Like git says the tyres you note would interest the GT blokes. The red wall Dunlop D 70 like fitted to HK GTS Yes were also Dunlops but not Dunlop aquajets.....Jack
