so i`m going to weld a set of flutes into my current guards.

can someone give me the exact measurements for the location of the flutes in the guards please ?

thanks in advance

Careful when you do the mod as I have seen a HT recently that had me scratching my head until I realised they were welded in back the front.
I have often wondered if the flute and lower patch panel could be made in one as there are plenty of guards that could do with both. oily

Does this help Jason?

Dimension A is 140mm, measured from the edge of the guard to the leading edge of the first cut out.

Dimension B is 245mm, measured from the bottom of the guard to the bottom of the cut outs.

Cheers, Bob
