Just an FYI
Bought a replacement drivers door seal for my VS Caprice and it is of noticeably thicker and stiffer rubber that the old one, to the point it is hard to close the door and it is even pushing the window frame out of flush.
Have left the door closed for some time hoping it will soften and crush to shape, but no go.
Common problem with the RS Part? Not available from Holden, but even the paint shop at GMH were suprised at how much it was different when they fitted it.
Time to start hunting for a NOS, is there something I can use to soften the rubber or did I simply get a dud?

Can't find the baggie. Dang
Was a front drivers door seal in charcoal for a VS. Went on fine, fits perfect, its just too dang fat and stiff :)
Not a complaint, just some feedback.
Cheers
