149 engine rear main seal

Rank: Member Reputation: Groups: Registered Joined: 1/4/2010(UTC) Posts: 26		I have read in a few places that a new rear main seal should be glued into place with head bolt glue to help stop leaks. Is this true? The one I took out was neoprene and didn't appear to be glued and did leak slightly.
