I removed the old and s***ty sounding exhaust off my HQ the other week and hack sawed the extractors off and bashed crap out of the two resonators.
A friend of mine says that the two resonators are original XU1 types and probably worth something.
They're about 4" round and have clamps holding the end plates on . . . cant take a photo I'm a few thousand K's from home right now.
Anyone got a link or photo of a XU1 exhaust resonator?

there is a good picture of a LJ XU-1 factory exhaust in the spotlight on torana LC LJ series book. (i do not have here at the moment.) |
