Cav, the wagon and statesman sills are the same length as ute and van sills. When installed in a ute or van the rear door top sill section is hidden behind the rear quarter panel, Holden simply saved money by not having to tool up for a seperate ute/van outer sill panel. I have a set of Nos Statesman/wagon/ute/van sills in my container in Brisbane, I was going to cut them back to repair the sills on my HX Monaro but have since sold the Monaro.

Honestly ,I personally would put the converter on and leave it for a couple of days and have a look,then if all's well(which it will be)do the sills ,but use a lot it cant hurt.Other stuff like por15 I haven't had much to do with...others on here would know.I only build my cars part time(pics in members rides of a lot of work)).some of these guys are lucky enough to live and breath it!!
