I havent seen these before, http://www.ebay.com.au/i...es&hash=item19ca8c4738, in terms of Nasco stamped exhaust.

Dr Terry can you please confirm whether they did come out in HD - HQ and early Torana's?

I doubt they were ever factory fitted, but in the mid-60s Holden spare parts offered 'sports exhaust kits' which incorporated larger diameter pipes & sports mufflers. I believe these units had Nasco embossed in their case.

This guy has made something for restoration but its not correct for what he thinks it is .
Nasco was only stamped/debossed in to the very first "spare part "type Exhaust Mufflers you bought at a Holden Dealer (until the mid 70s or thereabouts when they shut down ).
Originally from new on the product line they had the genuine part number debossed and a date code .
So its not correct for the production line spec , its spare part correct only. Later issue Mufflers had GM debossed into them rather than Nasco .
Pitty as he has done a great job !
