Hi can anyone help I have just installed a power steering box in my ute, when we cranked it up for the first time oil poured out of a hole in the top of the box, after having a look at another box it has a grubscrew in it, can I just screw a grubscrew in or is it a special screw?

If you can find a grub screw that fits, screw it in. All that does is plug the hole which has an adjustment screw inside.

Basically correct. These adjustments are for initial set-up on the bench using accurate measuring techniques. Attempting adjustments on-car will lead to drama.

If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0

I should have made it clearer as you have Dr Terry, that although there is an adjustment screw in there, do not touch it. He was only asking if he can use any grub screw that fits in the hole.
