hi just got given my brothers v8 vn station wagon auto. i have been wondering due to budget restraints if it is possible to drop a 308 into a v6 manual body and keep the standard box and setup? if so what would i need to replace modify??? the v8 has a mint motor but the body is very run down. i am in nz and all i seem to find is v6 manuals in very good knick body wise...
not 3 bad for a copy old dunt..

V6 & V8 boxes are different bolt patterns. You need to change the whole K-frame, engine, box, tailshaft, wiring harness & computer as a complete package.
