I am looking in to how to modify T700 auto type for the VN and VS type V6 and V8.
I don't want a harder shifting or revving out any more that it does std but i would like it to go back into 1st from 2ed at a higher speed as some times you flaten it and she will not go back into 1st but only just go back to 2ed with not enough performance to perform what i want from it.
Now everything would be fine how it is but if i wanted to use the T bar and shove it back to 1st, that would be spot on, not wanting to be stupid and have it go back at a to higher speed but in the range of usefulness.
The BM kits seem to me just drag racing rubbish to me.

I am bring up the topic for comprehension.

I had the old trimatic in a HG 353 and it did every thing well but it reved out to High 1st and 2ed, so i would have to back of the gas and then nail it again and i hated having to put up with that and my HX kickback was electronic kick down setup, i just puled it out and every thing was fine as it would change up at 4500rpm flat and if i wanted more i just puled the T bar back and she revved more. and the dam holden T bar set up is 3rd rate rubbish set up, as you can make a mistake and go into reverse or back into 1st accidental. the old Ford type T bar is a magic set up as you can not make a mistake at all unless you are a fool, and the good old C4 auto was a excellent performing box standard as it did everything to perfection.
