Did the HT 350 use an fuel filter under the bonnet except in the carb?
I understand the HK 327 had a steel 3/8 fuel line direct from the pump to the carb with no filter.
I see the 1969 300BHP 350 in the Corvette had a bypassing filter between the pump and carb.

Nah, they were that fast that the crap couldn't move fast enough to leave the fuel tank.
