On the info sheet for these it says: Shaft Rocker torque settings. 5/16 capscrews, 25ft-lbs. 3/8 capscrews, 35-40ft-lbs. 7/16 capscrews, 50-55ft-lbs. with capscrew heads olied. Hope that helps.
