Hi all, I have just rewired the Hr front to back with an "EZ wiring kit".My query is to do with the alternator. I bought a new Bosch alternator with internal regulator and installed it, In the new loom is a white wire labelled "alternator excitor". Does this wire take the place of the original brown wire that connects to the dash warning light? I have the X2 dash in the car. Thanks for any help you can give....Cheers.......Brian
