Is the HQ speedo connection the same as the HJ to HZ speedo?

Thanks for that. My son is up in Darwin doing up an HQ tunner and needs a speedo cable. I have one here from his old HZ ute so all's good, they both had Aussie 4 speeds.
Cheers,
Pete.
