I am rebuilding a banjo diff just had new bearing pressed on but cant seem to get axle in far enough to pull all the way greased out side of bearing. the cone of the bearing has now come off bearing and is still about 4mm from where it should seat any help please
both axle and centre came from this housing so just re assembling

make sure the old seal is not still inside the tube.
