Hi All, I have Original Excellent Condition Door Trims for My HK Brougham off the actual doors whilst i am restoring it with the brother in law. Just wondering, is it best to store them upright as per when on the door in a dry safe spot ? OR Flat on top of each other on a Flat area that is dry ? Just trying to prevent the warping and other damage that happens etc for a while whilst resto is taking place, Thankyou

The ideal way to store them would be on a spare set of doors in the dry... Though if these aren't available I would think flat would be the best so they don't warp in the centre. I bought some NOS door trims several years ago that had soft ribbed cardboard rolled up to support the upper part that curves on the top of the door, there was thick plastic over each trim and they were taped tightly to stop the upper curved part bending back.
