Loud noise coming from back tyre help plz

I recently bought a s vyii utility and the past few days sometimes their is a loud sweaking noise like a rusty gate coming from the back left passengers tyre or so it sounds like its coming from their but it only happens when u go slow or turn any ideas thx

maybe its a sticky brake caliper, If your not mechanial take it to a mechanic to check it out.
