I saw an EH with what looks like EH bucket seats. Closer inspection shows the seats to have recliner adjuster, and a tilt forward lever. They have seat covers on them, so I look underneath, and the material is like a dark red brocade and there is a chocolate brown vinyl strip across the bottom going sideways. The strip is about 3 inches wide and has a pattern embossed in it. I couldnt see if there was a vinyl strip on the top.

No it is not a skidmark!

Could they be HK, HT Monaro?

Sound like HK-G Kingswood recliners. Not exactly sure which model, probably HT.
