Hi I have changed the sender & gage but still not reading the right amount of fuel on the gage to what is in the tank

Have you had the dash out? From memory, there's an earth wire in behind the dash somewhere. If that's not connected, you'll get wrong readings.

it may be best to test the sender out of tank connected to the wiring with a person watching the dash gauge as it is moved thru its range.
