Hi all , pulled the dash out of the trusty VT last week to replace a bulb , all back together but now speedo runs slow ? any ideas ? Mark. |

That is a very unusual scenario, I can only see that something has gone wrong with the speedo unit itself.
See if you can borrow another dash cluster & try that one in your car.
