Hi guys I am in a bit of a pickle any suggestion would be great I have a Hg Monaro gts 808 I am not doing a concourse build but pretty much a nut and bolt resto and as much as possible back to complete original with long jevity in mind my problem is I have the car on a rotisserie and I buffed the under neath of the car back to bare metal and while I was away my pannel beater painted it with a very rough under body deadner my problem is I only want to do this once so should I try and take it off again and paint it gmh chassis black or leave it .I know it my choice but your opinion would be great as I have spent a lot of money on getting it back to original

For what it is worth mine was sandblasted, painted in epoxy 2 pack primer, satin black 2 pack and then septone rust shield on top of that. Hopefully that helps.

A mate of mine is just finishing a HT Monaro rebuild & he used POR15 for his underbody if that's any help to you.
