G'Day all,
Seeking pro's and con's, red vrs's blue/black cylinder heads, for modification suit speedway sprintcar. I envisage a fairly seriously modified head whichever way it goes. My intention is to run triple SU's. I am trying to bring myself back up to speed with current thinking on these darling old irons.
Trick question: has anyone ever heard of, seen, had made, attempted to make, modified, etc. a cross flow head on a holden red, straight six??

Here is a dude that wanted a x-flo head for his chev straight 6. He cut the end chamber from 2 V8 heads and welded the rest together.... 1 X-Flow Head to suit a 6.
