Based on the old 40kg bag of cement as a reference (or 2 x today's 25kg bags), I reckon a T700 trans from a Commodore is only around 50kg tops.
No way I could swing more than 2x 25kg bags at once, but I can pick up a T700 and move it around the garage.

I have had a VN V6 on a pallet that was able to be lifted & carried out of a wrecking yard by 4 guys (fork was broken down).
Back at my mate's place, 2 of us struggled, but managed to get the old V6 into the boot of his car with no mechanical assistance.
I reckon 180kg would be a good guess for a long motor.
Cheers,

Mick
